Mujhe Darr Lagta Hai!


Subah ghar se nikalne se...
Sham ko andhere mein ghr aane se.....
Koi bhi bus, auto ya taxi board karne se...
Akele metro station se ghar aane se...
Mujhe darr lagta hai...

Kahin kisi restraunt mein khana khane se.....
kisi pub mein hangout karne se...
kisi bhi ameerzade ya sanki ki baat ki khilafat krne se....
Kisi sahi baat ko sahi batane se...
Mujhe darr lagta hai...

Kisi manchale ko tokne aur uski bat na manne se....
kisi ki shikayat police se karne se....
Apni pasand ke kapde pehnne se...
Akele khud kahin jaane aane se....
Mujhe darr lagta hai...

Kisi bachhe ya budhhe ki madad krne se...
Jo sanskar bachpan se sikhaye gaye hain unka paalan karne se...
Kisi bhi ajnabi ka vishwas karne se..
Police aur nayay pranali par bharosa krne se..
Mujhe darr lagta hai

Arrange marriage karne se..
Pati aur sasural ko dahej na de paane se...
Ek bachhi ko janam dene se....
Ab to har aane wale din se..
Mujhe darr lagta hai...

yehi desh hai vo jahan mera roop pooja jata hai...
aur yehiin mujhe mara, peeta aur hawas ke tale raunda jata hai...
Kab tak ye silsila jaari rahega? Kab is haiwaniyat ki bhookh khatam hogi?
Kaun agli masoom hogi iska shikaar....ye soch soch ke dil ghabrata hai....
Ab to apne is astitva ke hone se hi .. mujhe darr lagta hai...

Manage your words in Anger!

We should always remember that every emotion is a state of mind. That is why, they say, one should never promise in happiness and abuse when upset. But, when you say anything in that particular state of mind the words count as a weapon in an emotional weakness. The emotions are momentary thing, but the words said during those moments will surely stay in the listener's mind. Do a simple exercise when you get angry.. Stay Mum!, that is the best thing to do because in anger you say whatever comes to your mind. And sometimes, the things that you were thinking momentarily (mostly wrong perception about the other person / or misunderstanding etc.) come out of your mind that can actually hurt the other person.
Whenever one gets angry, one should manage their words or stay mum. Anger never gives anything to anyone, it destroys everything though.
