Manage your words in Anger!

We should always remember that every emotion is a state of mind. That is why, they say, one should never promise in happiness and abuse when upset. But, when you say anything in that particular state of mind the words count as a weapon in an emotional weakness. The emotions are momentary thing, but the words said during those moments will surely stay in the listener's mind. Do a simple exercise when you get angry.. Stay Mum!, that is the best thing to do because in anger you say whatever comes to your mind. And sometimes, the things that you were thinking momentarily (mostly wrong perception about the other person / or misunderstanding etc.) come out of your mind that can actually hurt the other person.
Whenever one gets angry, one should manage their words or stay mum. Anger never gives anything to anyone, it destroys everything though.
